Shruthe is a Renewable Analyst at Brawn Capital and one of the Founding Members of NESS. She has been passionate about climate change from a young age and pursued her education in Environmental Science and Engineering to strengthen her knowledge in the area. Since then, Shruthe has acquired both consulting and in-house sustainability experience and now covers both ESG integration and Investor Relations for renewable energy projects in her current role. She continues to spend her time on climate action, both directly through her work and through raising awareness via NESS. Shruthe strongly believes that responsible consumption and production is the key to a more sustainable future.

Bon Cheung is an Assistant Manager of Civic Exchange, with the focus of green and sustainable finance market development. He has obtained several professional designations, such as the Green and Sustainable Finance Professional ™ that entitled by the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI). Moreover, Bon has engaged and published plenty of impactful academic research related to green finance development in GBA. Apart from academic development, Bon has prior work exposure in the sustainability field through different internship roles, which are mostly related to green finance and GBA development. He has also been invited to be panellist and guest lecturer for talks and lectures related to green and sustainable finance.

Bon holds a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Krish Patel is a sophomore at the University of Hong Kong studying Design+ with a deep passion for sustainability. Aspiring to pursue product design, he is eager to contribute to the emerging era of sustainable design, which prioritises sustainability rather than treating it as an afterthought. With that in mind, he firmly believes that the responsibility to act falls not only on governments and product designers but on every individual. He is optimistic about the future but acknowledges the long road ahead.

Wing is currently an undergraduate student majoring in Sustainable and Green Finance in HKUST and she joined NESS in mid-2024. As an environmental enthusiast, her research interest includes global environmental laws and the role of green finance in alleviating various environmental and climate issues in Hong Kong. She believes that youth education is essential in raising awareness in environmental sustainability as they are the determinant group in shaping the ecological future. Joining NESS as an event officer, she is dedicated in promoting the importance of climate action within student communities through the organization of large-scale events.
